Setting you Desktop
Finding your monitor screen size:
* For PC users
1) From the Start menu, choose the Settings option.
2) From the Settings menu choose the Control Panel option.
3) A window will appear. Double click on the Display icon.
4) The Display Properties box will open.
5) Choose the Settings Tab along the top.
6) You can see your screen area in the bottom right hand corner.
7) Close the Display Properties box.
* Or for Mac users, click on the Apple Menu, then select Control Panels and then select Monitors. The current monitor screen size should be highlighted in the Resolution section.

Setting your desktop picture:
Once you have identified your screen size, chose the appropriate option from the list on the gallery page. A window will open with the appropriate sized image.
* Then for PC users, right-click on the image, select Set as Desktop Item (Internet Explorer) or Set as Wallpaper (Netscape).
* Or for Mac users, save the file onto your computer (click on the File menu, and choose Save As from the list). Then, from the Finder, select Apple Menu > Control Panels > Appearance. Click on the 'Desktop' tab. If a picture is already in place, click 'Remove Picture'. Then select 'Place Picture' and locate the saved file. Single click to highlight, and click 'Open'. Click 'Set Desktop' in the Desktop tab. Close the window.
